PALAZZO MONTANARI VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO Dry Red Wine
This is a blend of 60% Corvina grossa, 30% Rondinella, 10% Molinara. Medium intense Ruby-red color with light violet reflections early on, which turn to garnet upon aging. Delicate nose with hints of red fruit such as cherries, sour cherries and light spicy notes of pepper, natural to the corvina grape. On the palate the wine is dry, with a good structure.
Suggested food pairing: Goes well with intensely flavoured dishes including roast, game and spicy cheeses. Amarone is considered as a typical “vino da meditazione” (meditation wine) Serving temperature: 20°C / 68°F
