”Rasplet” or “Conclusion” (as in the end result) is dedicated to Kosta Botunjac’s daughter Miljana who herself was the “conclusion” of his love for her mother. This wine manifests itself with another “conclusion” his love of Riesling which is a dry, crystal clear wine, with hints of green and gold color, rich yet refreshing with a long elegant finish. It’s made exclusively from select estate fruit and the production is 220 cases per year.
